Depending on your subscription, you will be able to change your subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. Here you will find an overview of how to do so, according to your payment method.
Payment through Apple:
If your subscription is billed through your Apple account, on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
you can go to Settings - Your account name - iTunes & App Store. You can then tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Once this has been done, tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID, either with your password or fingerprint.
Tap on Subscriptions then find your Primephonic subscription and tap on it. Note: If you cannot find your subscription, please follow the instructions provided below for payments through other payment methods than Apple.
Once you have selected your Primephonic subscription, use the options to manage your subscription. You can then select one of the options which is offered. This new subscription will be activated at the end of the current billing cycle. For more information, which can be found on the Apple website, please click here.
Payment through other payment methods:
If your subscription is billed through your credit card, please access your Primephonic account through the app or directly from play.primephonic.com on any browser.
Once you are in your account, you can cancel the subscription, after which you can change the subscription plan at the end of the billing cycle.
