If your subscription is billed through your Apple account, on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch you can go to Settings - Your account name - iTunes & App Store. You can then tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Once this has been done, tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID, either with your password or fingerprint.
Tap on Subscriptions, find your Primephonic subscription and tap on it. Note: If you cannot find your subscription, please follow the instructions provided below for payments through other payment methods than Apple.
Once you have selected your Primephonic subscription, use the options to manage your subscription. You can then select one of the options which are offered. This new subscription will be activated at the end of the current billing cycle. For more information, which can be found on the Apple website, please click here.
If you subscribed via the Google Play Store, you can choose to upgrade or downgrade inside the Primephonic app. You need to click on the Profile section - Subscription and you can then select one of the options which are offered. This new subscription will be activated at the end of the current billing cycle.
At the moment it is not possible yet to change your subscription during the billing cycle. If you want to upgrade or downgrade your Primephonic subscription, you first need to cancel your subscription and then pick a new one. For more information, you can click here.
