If you have not been able to log in on either the web-player https://play.primephonic.com/ or the Primephonic app on your mobile device, you can, in some cases, click on the "Forgot password?" button on the login sheet to reset your password. If you did not receive an email to choose a new password, there are two possibilities:
1. Please check your spam box;
2. It might be the case you created a Primephonic account by using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. In this case, you will always have to log in by using the Google, Facebook or Apple button from the login sheet. Try these three buttons to see if you can get access to your account again!
