Subscriptions can run via our own website, via the Apple App Store or via the Google Play Store. Depending on how you have taken out the subscription, you can cancel it again. Please know free trials do not turn into a paid subscription. If you only have a free trial, you don't need to do anything.
Web Player subscriptions:
If you subscribed via our website using your credit card, you can also cancel via our web-player. You can access your account overview by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen where you can select View account. In a new tab, your account overview will open where you will be able to cancel. Your subscription will then automatically end at the end of the current billing cycle. You can also directly log in to https://account.primephonic.com/.
iTunes store -> Apple ID: [your email address] (very bottom of the iTunes store screen) -> View Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> Primephonic -> Cancel subscription
Settings (looks like a gear wheel icon) > iTunes & App Store (menu on the left-hand side) > Apple ID: [your email address] (top right corner of the iTunes & App Store menu) -> View Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> Primephonic -> Cancel subscription
Because the subscription is connected to your Apple ID, the subscription is managed by Apple as well. Please contact Apple Support (https://getsupport.apple.com/) if you have more questions regarding your Apple subscription.
When you open the Google Play Store app, you can click on the menu icon in the top left side of the screen in the search bar. You then can select Subscriptions after which you can find your Primephonic subscription back and cancel. If you cancel within 14 days, no costs will occur.
