Depending on your subscription, you will be able to cancel your subscription on a monthly or yearly basis. Here you will find an overview of how to do so, according to your payment method. You can refer to the steps shown in this article in the case you have subscribed to Primephonic by entering your credit card details on your Android device or through the Primephonic web-player.

If your subscription is billed through your credit card, please access your Primephonic account through the Primephonic app or directly from our web-player on any browser.
In order to cancel your subscription, go to your Profile and once you are in your profile, select the Subscription option that you will find on the within your available profile options. Select the option to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will then automatically end at the end of the current billing cycle.
