Web Player subscriptions:
If you subscribed via our web player using your credit card, please go on the Primephonic app or on the Primephonic web player and click on Profile > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
Your subscription will automatically end at the end of the current billing cycle.
iTunes store -> Apple ID: [your email address] (very bottom of the iTunes store screen) -> View Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> Primephonic -> Cancel subscription
Settings (looks like a gear wheel icon) > iTunes & App Store (menu on the left-hand side) > Apple ID: [your email address] (top right corner of the iTunes & App Store menu) -> View Apple ID -> Subscriptions -> Primephonic -> Cancel subscription
Because the subscription is connected to your Apple ID, the subscription is managed by Apple as well. Please contact Apple Support (https://getsupport.apple.com/) if you have more questions regarding your Apple subscription.
You can cancel your subscription via the Google Play Store on your mobile device. Once you open the Google Play Store app, you can click on the Menu icon (three lines on the top left of the screen) inside the search bar. You then can select Subscriptions > Primephonic > Cancel.
If you experience difficulties with the cancellation of your subscription, please send us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org with your account email address and our trained customer service team will be able to assist you with this.
